STAGECOACHSMART TICKET STATUS

Your order for your StagecoachSmart ticket will be at one of the following stages of the online purchasing process:

Your ticket purchase has been successful and the ticket is available to collect when you next present the StagecoachSmart travel card to an on bus reader within the area you purchased the ticket for. If you have bought a ticket for a new StagecoachSmart Travel Card, you will be sent a new card in the post which you can present to the reader on your ticket start date.

Collected

 

Your ticket has been successfully collected on the bus and is now on the StagecoachSmart Travel Card.
